The sprockets are considered as one of the most common gears or wheels that come along with the metal teeth which helps in meshing perfecting with the chain or track. The term ‘Pitch’ is used for referring the space between the two sprockets. This distance do not allows the gears to slip away and thus are particularly applied in the cases where these are chains are involved with the gears or wheels. Other than this, the split sprockets are used in most of the cases like the motors that produces rotational motions.
